This 6 week private coaching package will comprise of 6 Root Therapy Coaching sessions (or 4 sessions with two self help workshops of your choice). You will also receive a 13 sign Astrology reading with the focus of helping you to understand important areas of self to include: How your mind processes trauma and information, your personal/emotional needs,  areas where life is asking you to focus on bringing balance, and more. We will begin with a phone consultation to discuss the symptoms you are struggling with and then map out a plan moving forward.

All sessions will be held over Zoom or via Phone call. We will meet at least once a week for sessions, and twice a week when there is a private class to be taught giving you ample opportunity  to ask questions and focus on the specific areas of life that you are wanting to improve.
