Shadow Therapy is a way to tackle a problem from the root rather than fixating on the symptoms. Often times we can feel stuck but it is typically because we haven't gone deep enough to understand the problem and find proper solutions. During Shadow Therapy sessions we are focusing on your current circumstances from a deeper viewpoint. For example, you may be struggling with anxiety. Rather than fixating on suppressing the anxiety, we would work to get to the root cause that is creating the conditions for the anxiety to exist. Once you have understood the "why", you are able to do something about it. The purpose of this service is to provide you with that gentle nudge and outside perspective that you may need to get back into gear and bring you back into a state of confidence and balance.
