Refund Policy

For reservations made via 25% deposit: refunds will not be processed after 72 hours.

For reservations paid in full: Refunds are available up to April 1st with a deduction of 25%

Payment Plan Terms and Conditions:

A 25% deposit is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance will be due on April 1st, 2025 and will be non-refundable. An invoice will be sent to you where you can pay the remaining balance at your convenience.

This policy is in place due to having to book and reserve facilities and services in advance
