A balanced Solar Plexus will bring a person plenty of courageous energy to follow through regardless of the circumstances, and will bring good digestive health. When this chakra is out of balance, you may experience bouts of self doubt, and anxiety that leads to tummy issues. In more extreme cases it can even lead to ulcers and conditions like IBS and Chrohn's disease. Believing in yourself is the most powerful thing you can do for you. Without it you may find yourself feeling limited and constantly worried about what other's will think, and feelings of being incapable of reaching your goals.
