Holistic Mind Body and Soul does not claim to have the capability to heal anyone. The services provided are intended to provide tools, and guide clients to find their answers within. By signing up for a service, you understand that your participation and effort will be needed in order for changes to be made in your life. You also agree to make any agreed upon payments on time and agree not to dispute charges with your bank after services have been received.

 

For Retreat participants: By signing up for a retreat, you agree to get yourself to the retreat location by the designated date and time. Failure to attend or to cancel within the timeframe of the outlined cancellation policies (found on booking pages) means that you do not receive a refund and that you agree to not attempt to file a dispute claim with your bank to recover the funds.

 

Holistic Mind Body and Soul agrees to provide all services that have been offered to its clients on the agreed upon dates. In the event of an emergency, or unforeseen circumstances that do not allow for the service(s) to be safely provided by Holistic Mind Body & Soul on agreed upon dates, an alternative date(s) will be provided immediately. Holistic Mind Body & Soul agrees to work with the client to find dates that work for all parties involved. If Holistic Mind Body & Soul is unable to offer any alternative dates, then a refund will be processed immediately.
